Integrations bring the tools you use in your job to Luo. When you connect an integration, your workspace and assistant can read data from, write data to, and take actions in these services—all without leaving Luo.

Integration types

Workspace integrations connect at the workspace level with shared credentials. Everyone in the workspace uses the same connection. Examples include Slack and Linear.

User integrations connect with your personal account. Each person authorizes their own access. Examples include Gmail, Google Calendar, and Figma. This keeps your personal data separate from other workspace members.

Connecting an integration

When you or the assistant tries to use a service that isn’t connected yet, you’ll be prompted to authorize access through the service’s sign-in flow. You can also connect integrations proactively from your workspace settings.

You can disconnect any integration at any time.
