Connect Slack to your Workspace to read and send messages, manage channels, and trigger AI-powered tasks — all without leaving Slack.

Connect Slack to Luo

  1. Open your workspace in Luo.
  2. Go to Settings → Integrations.
  3. Find Slack and click Connect.
  4. Sign in to your Slack workspace and authorize Luo.

Once connected, Luo can read and act on your Slack workspace. You can also mention @Luo in any channel to trigger tasks directly from Slack — Luo streams progress and results back to the thread in real time.

What Luo can do

Messages

  • Read channel message history and thread replies
  • Send messages to channels and DMs
  • Reply to threads
  • Edit and delete messages sent by Luo
  • Schedule messages for future delivery
  • Upload and share files (images, PDFs, CSVs, and more)

Channels

  • List channels in your Slack workspace
  • Create new public or private channels
  • Invite users to channels
  • Set channel topics
  • Archive channels

Users & reactions

  • Look up user profiles by name or email
  • List workspace members
  • Add and remove emoji reactions on messages

Permissions

Luo requests the following Slack OAuth scopes:

You can disconnect Slack from your workspace at any time in Settings → Integrations.
