Luo is built from the ground up to be secure. Your data and workspaces are protected through multiple layers of security.

Workspace isolation

Each workspace is isolated from others. Your data never mixes with data from other users’ or organizations’ workspaces. This isolation ensures that your information remains private and protected.

Secure execution

When Luo runs the logic behind your features, it does so in a secure, isolated environment. This means:

• Your workspace cannot access other workspaces
• Code runs in controlled conditions with limited permissions
• Only your authorized integrations can be accessed

Integration security

When you connect an integration, you authorize specific permissions through the service’s official sign-in flow. Luo requests broad permissions necessary to support any specific function you may need in your workspace. Luo does not use your integration unless you build features into your workspace that use it or ask the assistant to use it. You can disconnect any integration at any time from your settings.

User integrations (like Gmail or Google Calendar) keep your credentials separate—other workspace members cannot access your connected accounts.

Data handling

• Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• Luo does not use your data to train AI models
• You maintain ownership of all content in your workspaces
